Type: Max Weight (1RM, strict form)

Allowed: Chalk, weight belt, plates
Not Allowed: Kipping, band assistance, incomplete reps

Form Rules:
• Full hang at bottom (elbows locked)
• Chin must clearly pass above the bar
• No swinging or leg movement
• Weight must be securely attached
• Attempt must be recorded and verified by trainer
