Allowed: Chalk, weight belt, plates
Not Allowed: Half reps, swinging
Form Rules:
• Elbows must bend to at least 90° (upper arm parallel to ground)
• Full lockout at top
• Legs must remain still
• Weight must be securely attached
• Attempt must be recorded and verified by trainer
